This month I am introducing you to Audrey Grace and her intentional hair, scalp, and wellness experience. And trust me, once you hear how our first appointment ended, you will completely understand why I am fangirling.
Meet Audrey Grace Wellness

I have been trying to find a hairstylist in Phoenix that I actually felt good about going to for years.
And honestly, I'm not much of a girly-girl when it comes to my hair.
I don't go very often. I usually just throw it in a ponytail and since I tend to grow it out and then chop it all off every few years, it never felt worth paying a lot of money just to have someone cut it off with no real style.
Then I met Audrey and for the first time in a long time, I left a hair appointment thinking, Okay. This is what I've been looking for.
A friend recommended Audrey, so I decided to give her a try. I sat down in her chair not really knowing what to expect, and within minutes it felt like we had been friends forever.
I'm not typically someone who loves small talk, but with Audrey there wasn't really any small talk. We just had real conversation. Somehow we ended up talking about organizing.
Of course we did.
And then, as I was leaving, I found out she had donations sitting in her trunk that she had been meaning to drop off. So I took them.
Right there in the parking lot after my hair appointment, I got one of those lingering little to-dos off her plate.
It felt very on brand for both of us.
Why I'm Fangirling Over Audrey Grace
She listens. Not just to what you want but to what your hair actually needs.
She educates without overwhelming. I learned more about my own hair in one appointment than I have in years.
She is intentional about products. No pushy sales, just honest recommendations at different price points.
She makes you feel seen. Whether you are a hair person or someone who just throws it in a ponytail, she meets you exactly where you are.
Here's how I know Audrey is the real deal: I am going back for a styling, just because.
The last time I had my hair professionally styled was when I was testing out wedding hairstyles and while I'm not about to waste a good styling appointment, this time I'm getting pictures taken too.
What Audrey Grace Offers
Audrey Grace is a holistic salon and head spa experience rooted in intentional, conscious care. Whether you are coming in for a cut, a style, or something deeper, every appointment is designed to be more than just a hair service.
Her offerings include:
Haircuts and styling for women and men (yes, she is also a barber!)
Scalp therapy and head spa treatments
Conscious, clean product recommendations at different price points
A holistic wellness experience from the moment you sit down
The Experience
Audrey's space is light, clean, and intentional.
What really stood out to me was that the whole appointment felt like more than just getting my hair cut. It felt like an actual wellness experience.
I appreciate that because I have been trying to be more intentional about what I bring into my home and what I put on my body. Audrey doesn't just push products on you. When she makes a recommendation, she gives you options and helps you understand what might work for your hair.
That matters to me.
Especially because pregnancy has completely changed my hair.
My texture is coarse but thin, my curl has changed, and even the color is different. For a while, I just didn't love what I was seeing.
Then Audrey got her hands on it.
Finally. A good hair day.
And I didn't leave with buyer's remorse either. I left thinking, I don't have to search anymore. I found what I was looking for.
Join Me in Supporting Audrey Grace
If you have been searching for a stylist who actually listens, cares about your hair and scalp, gives you options without pushing products, and makes the whole experience feel like more than just a haircut.
And if you are like me and don't really consider yourself a hair person, I'd say that is even more reason to give her a try.
Because sometimes you don't need to become a hair person.
You just need to find your person.
