Meet Laurel Perlow, the heart behind Aviva Consulting.

My first impression of Laurel? She is genuinely one of those people you meet and immediately think, I want to be friends with her.

She’s funny, real, and easy to talk to, but also incredibly thoughtful in the way she shows up in conversations.

We’ve connected multiple times at events in the Jewish community, and every time we end up deep in conversation about business, life, and everything in between. It’s been really special getting to watch her build Aviva Consulting from the ground up and step into this work with intention.

With a background in political science, years of nonprofit work supporting vulnerable populations, and advanced education in special education and applied behavior analysis, Laurel brings a unique lens to her work.
